Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return or exchange merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges (unless merchandise is defective), within 30 days of purchase. Please return your item(s) to:

To exchange an item, please return the item that you would like to exchange and include a check for $6.95 made out to SureShip to cover the cost of the reshipment and handling of the item(s). Please download the Return & Exchange form at the bottom of this page, fill it out and include it with your exchange. Subsequently, we will reship your Exchange Order.
